Initial Client Consultation
- Successful collaborations start with all information and
expectations upfront and on the table. We work closely with
you to develop a clear understanding of your needs and the
overall scope of the project.
Proposal & Estimate - After detailed
consultation and research analysis, our proposal and estimate
for services—including a schedule of deliverables—will
be submitted.
Concept Design - Based on your business
needs and personal preferences, we will develop the look
and feel of the site's homepage and key content pages for
consideration.
Site Development - Upon acceptance
of concept design, site construction begins. Structure and
navigation are developed while content is assimilated into
the site. Graphics, programming and databases are incorporated.
Once the site is cross browser tested by our team of usability
experts, the prototype is presented to you.
Client Review and Approval - You review
the site in detail and we make minor changes as needed.
Your feedback during this phase is essential. Final approval
and sign-off are required prior to public release.
Site Publishing - Site is launched
for public viewing.
Maintenance and Revisions - Necessary
updates, revisions and enhancements can be quoted and scheduled
upon request. These can occur on a weekly, monthly, or annual
basis.
